4. Information Products
We offer digital guides, templates, and online courses related to corporate law ("Info Products"). Upon purchase, you gain access to digital materials.
5. Goods
We may offer physical publications or kits ("Goods"). Goods are sold subject to availability and shipment terms.
6. Ordering and Fees
Fees are payable by credit card or bank transfer prior to delivery of the chosen offering. All fees are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and exclude any applicable duties or charges imposed by local authorities.
7. Reimbursement Policy
7.1 Services
Clients may request a full or partial refund of service fees within three calendar days of initial payment, provided the service has not commenced. To request a reimbursement, clients must contact us via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen business days by the original method of payment. If a scheduled engagement must be rescheduled, clients may defer the service to a later date at no extra fee, subject to mutual agreement. Customized or completed assignments are non-refundable due to bespoke preparation time and resource allocation.
7.2 Information Products
Purchasers may request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase if less than twenty percent of the digital content has been accessed. To initiate a refund, please submit a request via our contact form. Approved refunds will be issued within fourteen business days by the original method of payment. After this period or after substantial access, all sales are final due to the immediate nature of digital delivery.
7.3 Goods
Clients may send back physical Goods in unused condition within fourteen calendar days of delivery. To arrange shipping of a send-back, contact us via our contact form for authorization. Upon receipt and inspection of the Goods, a refund will be issued within fourteen business days by the original method of payment. Clients are responsible for shipping costs unless the Goods were damaged or incorrect.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be effective upon posting at Jurisphera.com. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich.
